Annette Funicello Birthday and Biography

Annette Funicello was born in New York in 1942. She may be best known as one of the original Mouseketeers of Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse Club. She later appeared in several Disney movies such as Babes in Toyland and The Monkey's Uncle. At the end of the 1950's she had a few pop songs such as "Tall Paul," "O Dio Mio," and "Pineapple Princess." As she matured, she became a teen idol and starred in several beach themed movies such as Beach Party and Back to the Beach. In 1992 Annette shared the fact that she suffered from multiple sclerosis.
